Great Tour leaders and Captains are patient, flexible, friendly, have problem solving abilities, able to be calm, creative, enthusiastic, have stamina, and have a sense of humor. It’s a lot to ask for but we get to work outside in a beautiful setting. So the pay off is well worth it.
Be a Sponge. No, not like Sponge bob. Be able to learn and retain information that you hear and learn. We are constantly refreshing our knowledge base, staying current on environmental issues, and updating our tour narrations.
Be guest-focused. It’s not about you. It’s all about the guest. Be able to set aside your needs for the day and focus on the guests. They are the reason we have fun jobs after all.
We are a small group of nature enthusiasts, all physically fit, and all have a silly side. Join our Good Time Family to create happiness, and memories for our guests and spend your day on the water looking at dolphins while getting paid. It’s a serious win-win.
